    How Student Matching Works

    1

    Create your profile

    Tell us what you're looking for: location, specialties, hours, and anything else we should know. We'll personally find a quality preceptor match, typically within 24–48 hours.

    2

    Accept your match

    Once you and your provider have both accepted, you'll pay a $500 refundable deposit to officially book the rotation. (This is not an additional fee — it will be applied to your final invoice.)

    3

    Start your rotation

    We complete all required paperwork and facilitate an introduction to your preceptor. You'll agree on a schedule together and begin your rotation. We support you every step of the way.

    You don't pay anything until you're matched! Once you and your provider have both accepted the match, you'll pay a $500 refundable deposit to officially book the rotation.

    Absolutely. When you submit your application, you'll include your location, how many miles you're willing to travel, which specialty (or specialties) you're interested in, and other rotation preferences. Your preceptor will be selected based on your specific preferences.
