We are committed to securing high-quality NP clinical placements that meet your needs. If we're unable to find a suitable match, you will not be charged.
All students are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the placement process and during clinical rotations, in alignment with school and clinical site expectations, as outlined in the service agreement. Failure to meet professional standards may result in removal from the matching process or placement agreement.

Our pricing is based on the specifics of your rotation — including specialty, location, and clinical requirements. There are no hidden fees, no minimum hour requirements, and no cost to you until you've accepted a match.
Administrative Fee
5.5%
of total rotation cost
Covers start-to-finish coordination of your placement and hands-on support throughout your rotation.
Deposit Explained
$500 refundable deposit.
Once a student and provider have both accepted a match, a $500 refundable deposit is due to officially book the rotation. (This is not an additional fee — it will be applied to your final invoice.)
A refund will be issued if we are unable to secure the preceptor match as required in the signed service agreement. A refund will not be issued if the student does not proceed with the rotation as requested once a provider match has been confirmed.

If your program rejects the preceptor for any reason, we will refund your $500 deposit, as outlined in the service agreement. We will find you a new preceptor match at no additional cost.
We maintain a high placement success rate, but if we're unable to secure a match for you, you won't be charged anything. You'll be notified as soon as a new preceptor match becomes available.
Generally, once a service agreement is signed, the $500 deposit is non-refundable. In some extreme circumstances, a formal review will be conducted for individual needs.
