You don't pay anything until you're matched! Once you and your provider have both accepted the match, you'll pay a $500 refundable deposit to officially book the rotation.

Yes. We offer rush placement support with expedited matching — paperwork is due within 14 days — and coordination for an additional $250 fee.
Absolutely. When you submit your application, you'll include your location, how many miles you're willing to travel, which specialty (or specialties) you're interested in, and other rotation preferences. Your preceptor will be selected based on your specific preferences.

Create your provider profile with information about you and your clinical site(s); upload your resume, license, and certification(s); and we'll find you a student match!
MatchNP coordinates all required documentation so you don't have to manage the process yourself. We guide you through anything needed on your end to ensure everything is completed efficiently and remains fully compliant.
Yes, we require students to have their RN license in the state of the clinical setting; they cannot be on academic probation; their work history is carefully reviewed; and we understand each student's unique needs to ensure a high-quality match.
You can manage your availability directly in your profile, including any leaves of absence or other changes. We take your preferred schedule and availability into account when identifying student matches. Once you've accepted a match, you'll collaborate directly with the student to establish a rotation schedule that fits seamlessly into your workflow.

We start with a consultation to understand your program's needs, then present and implement a tailored placement solution — with the ability to have us manage everything from matching to coordination and compliance so your students secure reliable clinical rotations.
Yes. We handle clinical site affiliation agreements and all required documentation with vetted preceptors, reducing administrative workload and ensuring full compliance with your program and university requirements.
Timelines vary by program and needs. Gap coverage could be done in weeks while full-service partnerships take months to set up. Once active, placements are coordinated efficiently to keep students on track.
Pricing
Total costs average between $12–$15 per clinical hour based on specialty, location and clinical need, plus a small administrative fee.
Yes — if you require a payment plan, we will work with your individual budget and needs.
Once a student and provider have both accepted a match, a $500 refundable deposit is due to officially book the rotation, along with a signed service agreement. (This is not an additional fee — it will be applied to your final invoice.)
We will refund your deposit if we are unable to secure the preceptor match as required in the signed service agreement. A refund will not be issued if the student does not proceed with the rotation as requested once a provider match has been confirmed. Should a preceptor unexpectedly become unable to fulfill the placement, we will provide a quality alternative option as soon as possible.
If your program rejects the preceptor for any reason, we will refund your $500 deposit, as outlined in the service agreement. We will find you a new preceptor match at no additional cost.
We maintain a high placement success rate, but if we're unable to secure a match for you, you won't be charged anything. You'll be notified as soon as a new preceptor match becomes available.
Generally, once a service agreement is signed, the $500 deposit is non-refundable. In some extreme circumstances, a formal review will be conducted for individual needs.
