Our fees per clinical hour average between $12 and $15 based on speciality, location and clinical need. Once we’ve found a match, your precise rate will be shared prior to your commitment.
Yes, if you require a payment plan, we will work with your individual budget and needs.
A refund of your down-payment will be issued if we are unable to secure the preceptor match as required in the signed service agreement. A refund of your down-payment will not be issued if you do not proceed with your rotation as requested once a provider match has been confirmed.
The majority of our matches occur within 48 hours. Although all requests are unique, we will communicate and work with you to find a match as soon as possible.
Our placement success rate is high, but sometimes things don’t work out. If we can’t find you a match, no worries, you won’t be charged anything and you’ll be automatically added to our waitlist and we’ll contact you as soon as a match is available.
